Early Pick-up and Transportation Changes

Important Transportation Change Information

Please note the latest time to pick up students is 3:00 p.m. If you need to make any transportation changes, please call the front office. We are unable to accommodate changes after 3:00 p.m., as this allows us enough time to ensure students are directed to the correct locations.

Transportation changes or early pick-up requests can also be communicated via email to gricelda.acosta@cfisd.net, or by sending a note with the student. If you are picking up your child early, please include the student’s name. If someone other than the parent or legal guardian is picking up, please include the name of the person picking up. For email requests, a picture of the parent’s ID must be attached.

For any transportation changes, whether your child will be a Hiker, Car Rider, or Bus Rider, please include the following information in your email or note:

• Date(s) of the transportation change

• Student’s name

• If the student will be a Car Rider, please include the Car Rider number

• If the student will be a Hiker, please include route number, Hiker number and include the name of the adult who will be picking up.
